Food is great! However the waiter kept passing by us and skipping right to the table in front of us and asked if they where doing ok around 5 times while I had to ask for what I needed every time! Of course the family sitting in front where a nice Caucasian and we are a Latino I dont know if that should have anything to deal with the service we get but I I was certainly EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that not once did he ask if we where doing ok like the table in front of us even when I finally asked for the check! Excellent food and service at this location. We later talked our car club into the location at. Branson Landing and were surprised to find service (and local management attitude) quite substandard. The Branson management claimed corporate had eliminated their unique sauce explanation and tasting experience from their service. That was the most uniquely differentiating part of the experience. Without it, the food may be good, but the experience is pedestrian.
Love this place they always have an excellent customer service and short waiting time. Last time we only wait 5 min :-)
