When something goes wrong, it takes genuine folks to make it right. Tonight, the Smyrna location made a very wrong experience infinitely better. I appreciate their management team. Thanks! Whenever I get off this diet that starts in a couple days, I'll be back.
Everytime I visit my daughter it’s a must that I visit famous dave’s. Love the food and I can’t say what’s my favorite because I love it all! 😊
Visited Hermitage location a few weeks ago & ordered the Sassy BBQ Salad. It was amazing. Went to the Smyrna location & ordered the same & stated to the server that i hoped it wd be as good. She promised it wd be. It was not even close to the quality or goodness of the one i got in Hermitage. The service was good, but I was charged for someone else's dinner. Excellent food!! Good service and our waiter was outstanding!!
This was my first visit. I ordered the catfish and it was perfectly seasoned. And our waiter was outstanding. We don’t have one in VA but definitely a must visit when I am in Tennessee again.

This particular famous Dave’s is not the barbecue that was meant to be served by famous Dave’s. There is something seriously wrong here at this particular restaurant because the ribs came out all torn apart and they had this god awful sauce on them and the brisket tasted like it was two days old and the staff was trying to clean up and get out early so pretty much ignored me for the first 15 minutes I sit down and then rushed me to eat and drink,,, someone from the franchise should really take a look at this place because it... read more
