Does not support open carry of firearms. Their was no signs on the front doors indicating they are a gun free establishment. Staff inside was borderline panicking as I walked in wearing business casual attire and my side arm. I’ve visited many Famous Dave’s restaurants in several states and I have never been turned away.
Long time customer ordered traditional wings to go asked for buffalo sauce barely detectable wings were dry and all twelve wings were flats no drums very disappointed not the first time this has happened also noticed staff was a little rude to each other will have to really have to think about giving them my future business.
In need of a better staff. I worked there in 2006 and the cook was amazing. I know that the cook sets the quality of service there. If the cook is terrible, then the service follows suit. They need to change the kitchen line up. the brisket tasted like undercooked corned beef.
All I can say is yikes ..
Was there with my husband and daughter earlier today, we had a great waiter (Kyle I believe) he was super friendly and made sure our sodas were always filled and we had what we needed. My daughter is just a year old so we placed her order right away and he got it out as fast as he could for her. The food was great and the place was nice and clean. We ended up ordering a to go order and he made sure to get it out in a timely fashion. Thanks for a great meal and experience.
You need to improve in Appleton.
