My best friend and I arrived there at 730 pm on a Saturday night and the manager said they were out of chicken and they would have more at 9pn well we drove to running aces to wait ..we went back and manager says d the chicken came in and was sold out we said why there's only 2 customers eating and it wasn't chicken... The manager was very very rude by the time we found a place to eat it was 930pm very late to be eating dinner!! Always have great service and great food! We served a ham from Famous Dave's for Easter...Wow it was good!
It has been awhile since we had been here and once again we were not very happy with our meal, the Ribs which used to be very good were dried out and not very meaty, the chicken which used to be my wife's favorite was dry and over cooked, and it seemed like the portions have gotten smaller, we used to love the ambience and always had picked it for special days, now I am afraid it will probably be awhile before we go again, the staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean, it's just the food experience that was lacking...... read more
Everything was great. Cept the ribs were charcoal on the bottom. Thankfully u only get 2 in the combo lunch deal. Lol
Love, Love, Love the new BBQ tacos! I had the most amazing fish tacos in Alaska last summer, and what a treat to find that the catfish tacos at Famous Dave's are quite similar! Wonderful staff at the Forest Lake location, too. Very attentive.
