Good food and fairly priced. I went with a friend mid-afternoon on a Sunday and had a 25-minute wait, but we were both really happy with our meals. We were surprised there were no baby back ribs on the menu (that's what we were craving) but the beef short ribs were very good. Buddy got The Big Slab with collards and potato salad. The food and service was fantastic. It had the possibility of going bad because we came in the middle of a shift change and had 2 different servers because the one server we had in the beginning was leaving. Everything worked out great.

Something in the food made me sick, tried talking to the manager, to tell him what happened, and he pretty much called me a liar. Said that I had gotten sick somewhere else, told that was the only place we went to. They did not apologize, or anything else. Will never go back there again!!!!
Over the last few months I have been purchasing gift cards for gifts for friends and for myself. I earned a lot of bonus cards in doing so. Went in to use them Sunday Jan 22, and got embarrassed by the manager on duty. 5$ gift cards had no stipulations on them. But I was told I could only use 20$ worth at a time and that they were not good for alcohol either. It says nothing about either. I will never go there again!!!
Treated my hubby to some brisket and he was very happy, he even found his new favorite sauce! I enjoyed the salmon and the bread pudding was heaven. Thanks for a successful date night!
