Stopped by the Noblesville location today, our second visit to this location. Very dissapointing. Although my food was adequate, the brisket ordered by another guest in our group was extremely dry, the chilli cheese fries ordered by two other of our group were more like fries with baked beans and a mention of cheese. We had to ask for everything. I know these are trying times but... I wasn't complaining until a Pepsi was dumped (accidentally) in my lap by wait staff, we cleaned it up while he disappeared.. Worst bbq I’ve ever had ribs were tough and had no meat and brisket was pure fat all meat was obviously previous frozen.

We had never eaten there before and the server wasn't very good. We had to ask for everything.. BBQ sauce (it's a given), butter, salt, ketchup. I ordered a strawberry iced tea and it was so warm the ice melted and my drink wasnt cold at all. As soon as we ordered a side of corn our server should have turned the order in and brought butter, and salt and bbq sauces to our table instead of making us sit there until she walked by and ask for stuff. I was extremely disappointed with their level of service tonight. They no longer have a wait staff customers must order at the cash register then get a number and find a table. If Famous Dave's wants to provide McDonald's level service they should cut their price to reflect it. Personally, I expect much better service when spending over $60 for a meal.
