Most BBQ meats taste great and tender the rib tips are over seasoned I would rather taste the meat not just the sauce.
We used to love Famous Dave's; it was our favorite rib place, but our last 2 visits were very disappointing. The ribs used to be thick and meaty, but the last 2 times there was just a very thin layer of meat and they were dry. Despite it being July, the corn was frozen and cooked soggy. The coleslaw didn't have that delicious pineapple taste. It was such a disappointing trip. If food costs have gone up, then raise prices. Don't sacrifice quality!
