Poor customer service and each time I have gones there, I notice that Blacks get seated near the kitchen, where you can hear all the noise and coworker gossip And that's with a restaurant full of empty tables

Did early valentines dinner yesterday . My husband had feast for one, I had brisket and pork tacos, both were great. Always have great food, excellent service from waiter, Billie. Atmosphere is very comfortable and it's great to have a waiter that's shows appreciation and good service to the guest.
Had some awesome ribs today for lunch! The banana pudding was great too!
Famous Dave's in Louisville we just now left they were out of a few things and the service was lacking tonight, had to ask another waitress for things like our silverware, the sweet and zesty sauce because the one at the table was empty, the waitress we had was apparently working the bar and my husband had to get up and find someone for a packet of mayo for our daughter even, our waitress hardly came to our table until it was time for us to leave. What kind of service is that?
The food was excellent! The server (Ashley) was awesome! I will defiantly be back!

We haven’t been here in about 3 months. Got a burger plate with one side. We chose fries. The burgers were good but the fries of course had been changed and they were awful!!!!!! The server offered us something different but we didn’t accept the offer because anytime you have a problem with the food it’s not a good thing to get something else. Won’t be going back for a long time. Famous Dave’s did what most restaurants do change something that isn’t broken and replace it with something cheaper. It’s a shame! To many other re... read more
