Can you do half a star?!? We just left, and our waiter had a baseball cap on. Service is HORRIBLE!! My husband sent back his sandwich because it was nothing but fat. Then the guy never came back once during our meal. We had to share our drinks because he never refilled them. No tip from us!! We have come here several times and never had a problem. Not happy at all!!
Last evening our family of 6 went for dinner. We were told there was a 30 minute wait. After 50 minutes we were told we were next. They then called a party of 8 and a party of 10. I asked about our table and was told they were waiting for a table for 6. Really, if they could seat 8 and 10 surely they could have seated 6. We were then offered a place in the corner of the bar. The food was excellent and the service was great.
Usually have a great time here, but I must say you guys fell short on my expectations of your cast iron steak meal. I ordered the pineapple steak platter my steak was cooked just a bit to much for enjoyment and it was not flavored at all it was just a cooked piece of meat the potato was tasty but that was all that was good on this plate not worth the price. A suggestion you guys need to revamp the preparation and presentation of this platter.
