Clara was very attentive and polite. We enjoyed our meal.
The ribs are slapping. Tender. Juicy. Just right on the amount of sauce.
The takeout staff at this place have the worst customer service. They literally hang up on people calling in. It was funny. I had a problem getting through and was like. Wow that system is broken. Then when I got to the location I stood in the takeout area where the phone is located and witnessed the guy answer the phone and just bang it around a little on the countertop and proceed to hang up. The kids working for us these days have zero work ethic or service standards. Good luck America.
