Two years in a row you have messed up my Mother's Day dinner. Very disappointed in your service or lack of service.
I called and ordered the advertised Mother's Day Special Friday (5/8) night for pickup in Sunday. The order was taken no problem. I had a missed called Saturday night and no voicemail so figured it was a mistake. We showed up to get the food and were told that they aren't doing that special. It would have been nice if a voicemail would have been left Saturday instead of just hanging up with no message! I understand these are difficult times but come on!
Placed an online order at 1:30 PM today for a 5 PM pick up. It is now 5:30 PM and no food. They are advising that they are still working on orders that were due at 4:30 PM. The lady said there is nothing they can do. WOW. Here is a novel idea, start cooking the food 30 minutes before it is to be ready, call or email those with online orders and advise your running behind, bring me something to drink while I wait in 100 degree weather. I get it but don't at the same time.
Ordered food for mother's day to be delivered at 6:30, food was not delivered could not get in touch with restaurant. we decided to take a ride over there since our food had not been picked up to be told that they "ran out" of food and were closed . Ruined mother's day dinner
Extremely poor service. Wait time was 4 hours when they promised 50 minutes. Service workers were rude!!

We ordered dinner for Mother's Day and scheduled to pick it up at 5:30. My brother arrived a little after 5:00 just in case there was a wait. We were given a number to call for curbside pick up and no one is picking up the phone. It's 6:45 and he is still waiting in the line and there are no employees in sight. My brother finally parked and went inside. He was told that the order wasn't even started; its 7:05 pm. Thank you Famous Dave's for ruining our Mother's day dinner.
