We went at an off time, early, around 4:30 pm. Dining room was not busy. We got seated right away. Waited for some time for our server but when she came to our table, she was friendly and personable. Drinks arrived quickly and the manager stopped by and took our order saying there was a big party in the back and wanted to get our order in. Nice. We waited about 15 before our waitress even acknowledged us which is surprising because we know how slow this location is now. Our waitress Katie* was not great, she was confused about everything and forgot some things, she did not come by but once and we had to call her over the other times, she did not remember how we split the check 3 times in a row and seemed annoyed when we asked her for a refill.... Waited 25 minutes before my dinner came after it came the ribs were so tough I needed a knife to cut through them ribs should fall right off the bone no flavor piece of pie was $6.50 will never go back again The worst $60 I have ever spent
By far the worst service I've ever experienced. We sat there for a half hour before anyone even acknowledged us. When we talked with the manager before walking out he had nothing to say and didn't even apologize for the crappy service. It's one thing to be under staffed, i understand that but, being ignored? Seriously?! We've gone there for a long time but, I don't think we will be going back anytime soon if ever.
The food was delicious � this is not our first time every time we go there the service is good and the food is great we be back. ��
