Stopped at the Union Gap, WA location for lunch today, waitress took our order right away and then we waited. The wait was over an hour and when it was discovered by the waitress that we had not received our food she rushed to get it. The food was delivered at barely room temperature. We left without eating. I have never eaten at Famous Dave’s before and will not likely go back. There was no apology or compensation offered.
RecommendedGrate place to eat and have good time
Poor Meagan. One server for the entire bar area, (the dining room server had to help). Lunch came out before the app we ordered that were were rung in separate. We asked about our app and were told, “I didn’t read the ticket”. We didn’t penalize the server for inadequate floor coverage without a manager in site or for the kitchen error. We tipped 20% on the entire bill.
I love this place. It’s one of my favorite places to eat when you want to have awesome ribs!
