Food is good but the service??? Its TERRIBLE! At 2 pm today there Is a hand full of people in the bar and the lady who is tending bar is the ONLY one to help customers out?? This is the norm.... You earned this.... We walked out and went to uncle sams saloon.....sat down and within 1 minute we had our drink order placed! And guess what? It was busy! You guys need to wake up!!!!!! Or go the way of Tony Romas!!!!!
Disgusting! This place has gone so far downhill. It is filthy, with sticky floors and dirty booths, the service is sub-par and prices are ridiculously high! We loved this place when it first opened, but now it so disappointing...we definitely will not go back!!! Doesn't even deserve one star but I couldn't choose anything less.
This place used to be a fun place to go, even kids had fun. Now....services is poor, they give you a plate for your sauces but no fun stuff. We took our 11 year old there for his Birthday, made sure to tell them before we sat, even told the waiter, he didn't even get a free dessert. Food was ok, but meat was very salty. It will be a long time before we try this place again. Did I mention 2 kids pop and 2 adults pop came to almost $13.00 but didn't get asked for a refill!
It is great food
Food was great, my company was superb and my waitress Charlene was excellent. She was right on top of our drinks every time they were empty. Not intrusive and bothersome like some other restaurants. She didn't forget about us when it was time to order. Very friendly , polite and did it all with a big smile. The food tasted sooo delicious. The Texas brisket was so tender the corn bread was moist the Mac and cheese was so home made I thought my mom made it with velveta in the oven.
