worst service, cold food. Won't be going back ever
We got there at 5:20 pm on 2-16-19 for a Tri cities American game. got there earlier to eat dinner we were a group of about 20-25 people. They forgot my dinner started handing out checks to pay, and told the waitress, (that we saw maybe twice never got a soda refill) that I hadn’t even gotten my dinner. She left came back and said we are very sorry we were wondering who’s hamburger that was. My order from Uber Eats is all wrong, manager blames the driver. Way to solve an issue. He's not the one who received the order or put it together for delivery!
Shittiest service I have ever received. Took over 1 hour to get our food for 2 adults and a toddler. 3 other tables sat down after us, 1 was a table of 8, all for their food before us. Manager didn’t even have the decency to apologize for the wait. We got a few corn muffins right before we got our food. I will never again eat here or recommend this place.

Food was awful, terrible service. This used to be such a good location. Apparently not anymore.
The Kennewick store used to be top notch but the last couple times we have been there the food was poor and the service poor as well, gave it two chances, won’t be back again
