I never leave a negative review of a place, but geeze Louise it was bad today!!! I don't know what was wrong with our server, but she was not really with it at all. We've always loved coming to Famous Daves, but we won't be back if service is going to be like this. It's definitely gone downhill!

My fiance and I had a horrible experience awhile ago. Had a talk with the general manager was told he was sending us a certificate for a meal on him but have,yet to receive it its been two weeks. I guess customer satisfaction isn't important to this establishment

Waited for ten minutes and none of the staff even acknowledged our existence. People seated after us were waited on! Extremely disappointed in the lack of service!!

Ate at Famous Daves yesterday for the first time in a long time !! The food, service and cleanliness of this place has become horrible. I wouldn't let my beagle eat there now.
