We had a problem with our order, which was my wife's error, they went the extra mile to resolve the issues. Antonio, the manager, is awesome and They are very fortunate to have him at the helm.

Probably the worst service that we have ever had at Famous Dave's we go there at least 5 times a year the food was excellent the waitress was rude the manager come by and we told him the problem he act like it was no big deal but we love the food and we'll be back but the service was sorry

Took forever to take our order and they weren't even busy. Almost an hour from the time we got there until we got our food. Not very good experience.
