We arrived at 4:50 and waited for 10 minutes before we got a menu then we were brought our drinks and waited another 10 minutes before we got an order taken. We had the manager Miranda waiting on us and completely avoided us. There were a total of about 10 tables in the restaurant. I realize it is shift change but let’s not forget about the customer experience!!
we usually have a good experience but unfortunately we did not today....It was my husbands birthday and our food took forever to get to the table the waitress got his order wrong and he didn't get his birthday sundae and I told the hostess it was his birthday she said she will tell the waitress but didn't 🙄
My favorite place in town for everything BBQ. sauces are amazing, ribs, brisket, cornbread muffins. Service and atmosphere are great too. Just prepare to wait to be seated at busy times because this place can get really popular.

Haven't been in long time so stopped in ..ordered a 2 meat combo and out came a huge pan full of wonderful treats..brisket and tips...corn and beans...plus our server Jourdyn was great..think I found my go to joint
Our food was very good as well as the wait staff. Only thing that baffled us was the hostess does not give you the full menu to review while waitjng for the waitress to come to our table. Would have been nice to have it as their menu is quite long.
Can't say how the service or food would have been because we didn't make it that far! When we parked there were lots of open parking spots and tons of open tables once inside. Was told it would be about a 10 minute wait. After waiting about 10 - 15 minutes they seated a table of 5 who walked in after us without a reservation before our table of 4. Upon questioning the hostess didn't have an answer as to why we were skipped. We left and won't be back! :(
