Make sure never order online or take out, they messed with your order and blame the delivery company for it... NEVER AGAIN!
BBQ with good appetizer and sides
They changed the set up. Order when you get there and then find a table. Staff had to be told that there were several dirty tables and one needed to be cleaned for us to sit. Also had to remind the front staff that we didn't get our drinks. (it wasnt even busy) Menu was lacking compared to the old one. Food wasnt as good either. We used to come here for birthdays since its 45 minutes away but we wont be back.
I was extremely disappointed with their level of service tonight. They no longer have a wait staff customers must order at the cash register then get a number and find a table. If Famous Dave's wants to provide McDonald's level service they should cut their price to reflect it. Personally, I expect much better service when spending over $60 for a meal.
Worst food ever!! Mac and cheese tasted sour, appetizer ribs were not edible and so overpriced for the portions! never again! complete waste of money! I live an hr away or somebody would have it all back in their laps
