It has been over a week now and after pre-paying for the part and the service I still have a broken refrigerator. 1st they tell me the part they received was broken upon shipment. Then after waiting another day, the technician installs the part, tells me that it will take 24 hours for the fridge to cool down. found out Famous Appliance was WAY over priced after I heard the quotes given to me from Menlove Appliance Repair............would not recommend them unless you want to be charged double--In these tough economic times you need people who will treat you" FAIRLY "............:(

I Called Famous out to fix my refrigerator after 6:00 pm i was so happy when they said they could come out right away within an hour a tech arrived. he was very helpfull and very polite after he told me what was wrong and gave me the price to fix it i was shocked again to hear that he had the part to fix it on his truck. will recomend Famous and tech steven to all my friends.
