Used to be good restaurant now the service is terrible.
Used to be a lot better. They combined it with a burger place. I had not been in a while and called asking about a reservation and was told I could have the table I wanted. Showed up there's no reservations weird that they would not just say that on the phone. Ordered some spices pizza that had no spice. When they came by and asked if we needed anything I asked for a refill she looked at me weird and never came back with it. Had to go to the till for a refill. It was my sons birthday & we couldnt decide where to go... We ended up with FAMOSO ITALIAN PIZZERIA. It was our first time here. U have to place your order at the counter. Its similar to some restaurants in Europe, where the Menu is painted on the wall, beyond the counter. We like to try pastas & pizzas, but were informed that they rwmoved the pasta & table service, after the merged with FatBurger. Since my last visit 4 years ago, the burger counter has been added to the pizza restaurant, which feels like it's devalued the whole experience. The pizza was ok, but in general I was a little disappointed, having higher expectations from prior visits.
