I can't say enough good things about this company. Connie Smith and I have been so pleased. They have taken down 2 huge oak trees from our backyard. There were wires, fences and house/garage in the way and yet they were able to work so precisely that they never caused any damage at all. And they cleaned up everything! They are just amazing!! Family Tree Service came into our subdivision Summerlake Place and cut a tree down and cleaned debri from the back of the houses. They did a fabulous job, they went above and beyond to make our homes look great. Thank you Family Tree Service!
I want you all to know that I live in the Summerlake sub division in Hendersonville. I especially do not appreciate one of your employees trying to break into my back yard without even asking. I have a dog and she could have gotten out. Furthermore, it's called a PRIVACY fence for a reason. There was no need for anyone from your company to be in my back yard, especially without asking. I used Family's Tree Service and I am very pleased with their work. The crew was awesome, hard working and professional. They cleaned all the debris in the yard...I don't see one leaf! I will definitely use them again!
Superior service began the moment I emailed a request for a quote. Rick called back within an hour, saw our site and provided a quote before noon that day! Other tree services took a week just to call back. By that time, Rick and his crew had completed the job.
