This was a very good place to take my daughter to see both a child's psychiatrist and a child's counselor to help her through some difficult life adjustments. The staff are caring, in my experience. I think my approach has always been to focus on getting to the appointments on-time, and it as always worked out for my daughter.
I just came to this location 03/10/2023, to start the outside of the building is dirty, to get in didn’t have instructions because is locked, I try calling the suite number and they directed me to a call the same if i call from my phone to the clinic but no one pick up i get in because a gentleman get out I try to use the elevator and take for ever i get in the clinic and the lady at the desk marle or something like that was rude saying my kid appointment was cancelled and they try to call me but my voicemail was full it’s n... read more
I’ve never visited this location before, and when I called over the phone to this location, the receptionist by the name of Stephanie was really rude, wouldn’t let me finish on what I had to say multiple times. If you’re a receptionist this is a skill you might NEED for someone who’s answering the phone with patients all day. Did not appreciate her rudeness.
