Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a home inspection. Their guy showed up early, got to work right away, and was fully open to providing me feedback as he went about his work. At the conclusion of the inspection, he walked me through some of the items related to the house - age of water heater and HVAC, type of heating system, and how the water softener worked, etc. Afterward while we were queuing up the paperwork, we just shot the breeze. We used FamilyGuard to inspect a home that we were interesting in purchasing. Alex did such a thorough job with the inspection. Because of that, we found several things that we did not know about. In the long run, using FamilyGuard saved us A LOT of money.
Very Thorough inspection! Pictures taken were very detailed. Also a family owned business which was great.
