I would not recommend this company to anyone. The caregivers didn't show up a few times and the company would send caregivers with no experience. My grandma is bed bound and incontinent and they sent a caregiver that would not change her diaper. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. The caregiver also canceled four days before Thanksgiving and the company charged us and told us it was our fault.
Working with Family and friends home health care was easy and straight to the point. They have skilled nurses and quality care. My grandfather was very happy with the support and care they gave to him. I will highly recommend Family and friends home health for your loved ones. I was more then satisfied with the company that has great communication to the clinicians and therapists they have.
