Edit: I called FMCSA and they confirmed he was incorrect and accepted the complaint, they will be investigating and said it is impossible for me to present a CLP or CDL to him because I need the medical form to even get those items, so requiring me to have one of those is incorrect..The doctor incorrectly marked no when asked on the form if I was a CDL applicant or holder, when I came back to ask him to correct the mistake and mark yes, he refused unless I paid for a second physical I didn't need. The doctor incorrectly marked no when asked on the form if I was a CDL applicant or holder, when I came back to ask him to correct the mistake and mark yes, he refused unless I paid for a second physical I didn't need. He said because I didn't show him my CDL permit he marked no but I told him I couldn't get the permit without the medical certification. This creates an impossible scenario where I would be forced to pay twice for the same physical, simply for him to check mark yes instead of no, which was an error on his part... read more

I'm so very happy I found Dr. Troost and his practice. For the first time in a long time, I felt heard, seen and cared for. He's incredibly knowledgeable on many topics. He spent over an hour with me on my first visit going over all my history and even down to discussing the supplements I take. He has challenged my thinking in a good way and already is saving me so much money on unnecessary supplements I was taking. We have been trying to find care of this level for a long time.
