I love this company I'm just so hurt and sad that they closed down but the twenty years I've been with them I loved it
I have used Family Care Senior Solutions many times for my physical therapy needs, and each time Beth and her assistants have been wonderful. i would highly recommend this group.
Nursing and care was fine until they forgot to get insurance authorization extension and left me hanging. They never even told me until after the fact or gave me any notice. I even asked if I could self pay $125 dollars for a lab draw so I wouldn't miss my labs while waiting a couple weeks for insurance authorization and they wouldn't. Angela in the office even made fun of my slow processing from brain injury instead of taking time with me to make sure I understand. Clinical care was fine.
