Great clinic great staff
The worst place to come for heathcare. No one ever stays, so you are constantly seeing someone new, you wait weeks for an appointment only to have to wait more than a half hour after your appointment time to see someone. That put you in a room and basically forget you are there. Pointless. Look elsewhere for care.
Sadly this clinic is over. I could type a laundry list of things that have happened here… From a new nurse stabbing my son twice with a shot while he screamed in terror because he has sensory problems, which they know and yet they didn’t care to give him a qualified nurse; the constant canceling of appointments because doctors keep quitting; the consistent hour long wait time past your appointment time; the wait for prescriptions; that is just the tip of the iceberg. I have been a patient for about 20 years. Kathy and Bob were the absolute best. Unfortunately, the staffing shortage has negatively affected my health. I did not get the referral that was recommended to me and they are not answering the pharmacy's request for a Rx refill.
