Just want to give this office a thank you for the $415 bill in the mail. The front desk lady is HORRIBLE at her job. You didn’t realize you don’t accept my insurance after 2 office visits and 4 months later? I was told “only a 15$ co pay!” In my eyes this bill should be given to your receptionist. So for anyone looking into this office save your time and money! You couldn’t even send in the correct prescription either

Poor experience with this office. Sue was more accessible when she was on Intrepid Lane in Syracuse, NY. The office staff is not flexible when dealing with patients and has routinely done a bad job contacting with the pharmacy to fill a simple prescription. You call to ask what's going on with your meds, and they act like you're bothering them.
