Told me it was "ok" to accept the treatment I wanted, then dropped me after last appointment because I was unhappy with their prognosis. Prescribed medicines that counteracted each other. After reaching acceptable health levels still tried to book appointments to bill my insurance.
I waited two hours to get in. Then needed an X-ray was told I'd have to wait till the girl came back from lunch. That was at 12:00. At 1:30 I had to out and ask when she was coming. Spent from 10-2:15 there and then waited for two weeks till they called about a referral. Ask for a CD of the X-rays. Picked it up for my doctor and the program wouldn't open there. Won't be returning.
When you can't even get through on the telephone after 8 minutes of holding, it's easy to see they're way to busy and understaffed for a new customer.
