The very best. Very helpful. Office staff always helpful, get answers for me when I call. The physicians are great!! Quick to recognize problems.
I was just told by the not-so-friendly office staff that none of the doctors were taking any new patients. Would not tell me why! Might be due to the ACA and insurance companies.
It takes an act of Congress to get these people to call in a perscription to the local parmacy.
I am now in the second hour of waiting to see the doctor. I had an appointment scheduled and they are taking walk in patients before me because the receptionist forgot to pull my chart and put it in line. This is the excuse for this visit. I have never waited less than 2 hours and there is always an excuse. I plan to switch to another doctor who is more considerate of her patient's time. This is unsatisfactory!!!

If you are registered to see Dr. Kessinger be prepared for an hour or more wait. Her excuse is she doesn't like to get in and out with patients but she may only be in room for 10 - 15 minutes.
