I rate Family Care in Cross Lanes below zero ! I visited here last year and saw Amber Duncan. She is not a doctor nor a health care worker in my opinion. She is very rude and has a temper. Was no help to me at all. Other people have had problems with her also. If you care about your family don't take them to Family Care in Cross Lanes !!
Great clinics and community services!
I have had a wonderful experience with my kids, lately I feel unheard and forgotten about. Unsure if there's a consistent Doctor for the adults so you don't have to start new over and over again. I would like to see consistent Doctors. Having someone who knows us. Can relate and not leave without warning.
