Bethanie is a wonderful practitioner that truly listens and even remembers everything when you have a follow up appointment very specific details. I cannot say enough about the kind people from walking in the door at reception, the nurses (wonderful) all around great people.
Bethanie is the best. She really takes her time & listens to all of your concerns. I am so grateful I was able to continue my care with her when she opened her own practice. The office staff is very friendly.
The ladies in this practice were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very patient with me as I'm a senior. I can't say enough for the expertise of Bethany, NP. She has always taken very good care of me since she was at Plank Road Fanily Care. I'm so glad she has her own practice now. I would recommend this practice to anyone in a heartbeat.
We have been seeing Bethanie for many years and were delighted to hear she was opening her own practice. She is a rare find in the medical profession these days. If you're looking for something different than the typical conveyerbelt medicine that exists these days go see her!
Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the front-end staff to get to my appointment. I have been looking forward to this appointment since July. When Nikki called me and booked my initial appointment I was given one date and time. In the beginning of September I checked my portal and thankfully I did because it had a completely new date and time for my appointment. No one called to let me know the appointment had been moved.
