If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Wish I had taken the time to look at reviews before visiting it for a physical (covered by insurance) in 2025. Over a year later I am still being sent invoices for a 5 minute follow up virtual appointment to receive results for the physical they admitted I should not have been charged for, and they did not give the option to receive results online or over the phone. view: I had a very disappointing experience during my mom’s visit. The young lady, I believe her name was Zaria, called my mom by her first name only and didn’t even come out of the room while calling. How were we supposed to know who she was calling for? After we finally figured out she was calling my mom, we went into the room only to be immediately told to leave because she said it was for a wound patient. Not coming back, wasted a ton of time during my workday. I booked an appointment for 1:45pm on a Friday, arrived at 1:30, confirmed it a few days before, AND did all the check-in forms in advance, so only had to answer some questions ay the desk, take a photo, and do my vitals which was completed within the first 10 minutes of arriving. Was finally called after an hour, then after waiting in the room i wasnt seen by the doctor for 15 more minutes. Can't be having people waiting that long - 1:30-3:05 of just waiting is a joke... read more
Appointment was confirmed by phone the day before, but canceled just a few hours before the visit. The office then said they could not see me or provide a referral, despite being listed as my PCP. I had to urgently change PCPs to avoid interruption of medically necessary treatment. Very stressful and disappointing experience.
