view: I had a very disappointing experience during my mom’s visit. The young lady, I believe her name was Zaria, called my mom by her first name only and didn’t even come out of the room while calling. How were we supposed to know who she was calling for? After we finally figured out she was calling my mom, we went into the room only to be immediately told to leave because she said it was for a wound patient. Not coming back, wasted a ton of time during my workday. I booked an appointment for 1:45pm on a Friday, arrived at 1:30, confirmed it a few days before, AND did all the check-in forms in advance, so only had to answer some questions ay the desk, take a photo, and do my vitals which was completed within the first 10 minutes of arriving. Was finally called after an hour, then after waiting in the room i wasnt seen by the doctor for 15 more minutes. Appointment was confirmed by phone the day before, but canceled just a few hours before the visit. The office then said they could not see me or provide a referral, despite being listed as my PCP. I had to urgently change PCPs to avoid interruption of medically necessary treatment. Very stressful and disappointing experience.
They are the best
Every time I make a appointment with the time I prefer, they will change it to a different time without notifying you of the last minute change. Also they will make you wait if you come too early let's say a half hour early before your time schedule. The old office was better then this place. This place get a zero there's alot of playing and joking with their phone instead of calling patients right away.
