Every time I make a appointment with the time I prefer, they will change it to a different time without notifying you of the last minute change. Also they will make you wait if you come too early let's say a half hour early before your time schedule. The old office was better then this place. This place get a zero there's alot of playing and joking with their phone instead of calling patients right away.
I am a senior citizen and I recommend this clinic and all staff members are awesome. The waiting time is short and the facility is clean and spacious. It’s very comfortable here. They have healthFirst agent at the location on Thursdays. The representative is so helpful and awesome with her help. The doctors are gentle and understanding of my health needs. They work with me. If you go there ask for Rihab Balti and she will help you with any insurance issues.
I booked an appointment a month ago for my wife and when we arrived at the hospital they told us they had changed the location so we went to the new place on 255 Duffield st. and when we arrived they told us we were late for the appointment I tried to explain to them that we had no knowledge of their new location but they refused we were only half an hour late. I wake up early and I came with my two younger daughters looking for parking and we end up with this situation. We will never go back there.
Don’t even bother wasting your time going to that hospital. The doctor is very rude, she refused to run the tests that a more experienced doctor had recommended for me. She answered every question by saying she didn’t know, and she even got annoyed when people asked her anything. How can she be a doctor and not know the answers to such simple questions?
Sitting here since 11:30 I have another appointment at 1:30 in a half hour from right now my appointment was for 12 not too sure what is going on but does not seem like much maybe you guys should avoid scheduling appointments during your lunch breaks if you are under staffed we are here literally pregnant
