Why is this place even open when there is no provider? Two behind the window doing nothing but saying oh go to Harlingen or Brownsville … again why are they even open if no one can help?
Corrupt system - did not have a provider or doctor on site. Why be open if you don’t have one? Harlingen medical center needs to investigate this satellite location.
Juana Maria Cantu Cabrera treated me at the South Padre Island Clinic and I was in awe of her supportive, professional and thoughtful manner! She even pointed out an issue that my regular providers never before mentioned. I cannot say enough about this wonderful lady. I was on vacation and she restored my health. Ms. Cantu Cabrera is a true asset to the clinic as well as to her profession.
We are here visiting from Dothan Alabama. My wife became ill while we were here and she needed immediate treatment for nausea and vomiting. We called and were able to go in immediately and we were seen within 30 minutes. The service by the staff was terrific. My wife ended up needing a bag of IV fluid and they did it immediately on site and took care of everything with our insurance. If they were in Dothan, Alabama, I would use this clinic all the time.
