We are here visiting from Dothan Alabama. My wife became ill while we were here and she needed immediate treatment for nausea and vomiting. We called and were able to go in immediately and we were seen within 30 minutes. The service by the staff was terrific. My wife ended up needing a bag of IV fluid and they did it immediately on site and took care of everything with our insurance. If they were in Dothan, Alabama, I would use this clinic all the time. I enjoyed the service at this clinic, the staff are wonderful, and I have no complaints about the quality of care given; but they are unable to articulate why they cannot accept my Aetna insurance when my insurance carrier confirmed that Richard J Ybarra MD is in network for Family Practice services and that if a claim is submitted they would cover it. Had a little bit of a minor incident with my family when visiting the island wait time was a little bit longer than what I would have liked But still great nonetheless
Crappy little sign saying out of office until the 14th. Also hours are not consistent. Google says opens at 0900. Flyer and door says 0800. Waited till 0805 to leave to go to Brownsville. Thanks
