If Google has 0 star option to leave a review, I would give it this to this clinic. The female doctor seemed so incapable dealing with me, and the receptionist was so untrustworthy. My case: I phoned them twice before I made a booking for immigration health paperwork to ensure the price. They mentioned $350 for everything (visit and lab test), excluding vaccines. Dr San Gabriel is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind and patient. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything in a way I could understand, and made me feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such professionalism with compassion and the diagnosis and the treatment were spot on. Thank you dr and Evette.
The front staff has the worst customer service . They never answer the phone and never call back after leaving various voicemails.
I give this place 0 Current patient but leaving this office the front desk staff is awful, they never answer the phones and literally could care less not to mention the provider the waiting time is an hour a whole hour waiting . They at times close the office unexpectedly! They are very unprofessional and could care less about your health!
