the providers are great. HOWEVER who ever answers the phones always and i mean always has some rude attitude towards us when we call. she makes backhanded jokes , comments and laughs at you. for working in a mental health office you’d think she wouldn’t talk to patients that way. it’s just plain rude. do better.

"This practice is highly unprofessional, unethical, and lacks basic compassion for its patients. I have experienced multiple severe administrative and financial issues that demonstrate a complete lack of accountability. I had a very difficult experience with perinatal and postpartum mental health care at this clinic. After informing my provider that I was pregnant, I was told to immediately stop taking all medications and was essentially dropped from care. I feel this line of treatment contributed to significant anxiety and obsessive behaviors during my pregnancy.
