As a patient of this Doctor's office, I can honestly say that I feel cared for and gaining great success with my weight loss. Their staff is always helpful and accommodating with my scheduling needs. I have to give a low rating...the practice changed their hours, making it difficult for anyone who works 8-5 to make an appointment. They offer Saturday’s, but charge an extra $10. I received an email for $99 special. When I called, they said I didn’t qualify because I haven’t been away from the practice longer than 11months (the catch). They need a nutritionist on staff to help the patients who are struggling with the proper food intake and getting over the “stalling period”, where no weight is lost. The staff are very accommodating and I have always received excellent service. There is also a pharmacy next to the clinic which is very convenient. I highly recommend Family Weight & Wellness Clinic Med-Spa.
A great experience! I started coming for VelaShape to help with the unwanted cellulite that lets face it all women have, but went ahead and started the weight loss plan. After not even 3 weeks, I am down 6 lbs and after just a few VelaShape treatments, I already see results. Not to mention, I have the circulation back in my legs! The staff is very nice and helpful.
