Overrated and underwhelming... I had heard several great reports about FWS (through fellow 911 service members) so I booked for an estimate. Impressed initially - I received a 10% discount for being in 911 on top of price matching a competitor. Unfortunately, it all seemed to go downhill after that. The installation was incorrect (we had walkthrough per FWS to avoid this) but they later came back and fixed the issues - it's the part where I missed a days pay off work to accommodate their error that irked me. We originally went out in 2018 and gave an estimate for work. ***** called back in 2021 and asked for us to come back out and re-evaluate, which we did. Post the evaluation, he reached out and said he had another quote and wanted to price match in addition to his first responder discount. ***** was suppose to send the competitors quote to us, which we did not receive but still allowed the additional discount.
