The job was completed poorly. When the owner did come out he said that they aren't concrete workers. He offered to refund our money and remove the system. We accepted this offer and the very next day he refused to honor his offer to us because it would throw up red flags financially.
Your team member Dave went above and beyond. The day Family Waterproofing was scheduled to perform exterior work was cold and snowing. I expected appointment to be cancelled but Dave stayed the whole day in the snow and cold and completed job .Thanks Ken for all your help
