Great experience. Staff is always super friendly. They truly live up to their name in being gentle. I have recommended friends who are patients there and I would again.
I love, love. all the people in office from the front personnel, my tech to the dentist. The whole staff are a bunch of SUPER, NICE, FRIENDLY,PROFESSIONAL. FUN peole. people. SUPER,NICE,FRIENDLY,PROFESSIONAL,FUN people.
Each time after I have work done,,Dr. jim calls me to see how I am doing. This is a really neat follow upthat shows me he really cares about his patients.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff - we have been going here for years and love it. The kids look forward to their dentist appointments rather than dread them.
I have molina and could receive free dental care but my daughter refuses to step foot into any other dentist office but Dr Ausdt and Dr Fisher! My husband was petrified of dentist and had been since a little boy. He had went years and years without dental care. Dr Aust has now relieved him of that fear. We will forever be grateful to the staff and dentists at Dr Aust office! I would recommend that to anyone who has ever had a fear of the dentist or has a child whom is scared to go for the first time. You will never regret it... read more

Had to wait, but it was less than 15 minutes. Don't like all the reminders: postcard, phone call, text, e-mail, it's overkill.
