I Love Dr Aust and the whole staff! Starting coming to this office about 20 years ago after a bad experience at another dentist. I went from hating to go to the dentist to looking forward to my cleanings. Dr Aust and the entire staff are a great group of people who provide a relaxed, caring, and friendly atmosphere. I have referred many friends and family members who now see Dr Aust as their regular dentist!
Great staff and team of dentists. Made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Would highly recommend this practice !
You have always made my dental visits enjoyable, made sure I am not in any discomfort, and you have always been treated me with respect.
The experience was good, however I did not see Dr.Aust as I had requested. I saw Dr. Fisher and it was good as well. 1st. time visit I will see Dr. Aust next visit will write a follow up then.
I have been searching for a new dental practice for maybe 2 years now (my previous dentist no longer accepts my insurance). Every other office i have been I got vibes from them that weren't too good. The last practice i was at the hygienist wasn't too friendly and the Doctor wasn't very personal. The moment i walked into Gentle Family Dental, i felt welcomed. Would have preferred to have more consultation regarding additional dental work needed - perhaps other options which Dr Aust always considers? Staff was wonderful as always, however, I felt more like a car on an assembly line this time. First time in over 25 years of loyalty.
I had problems swallowing my spit when he was drilling. And I told him so and the third time he did try to suck it out only to get it on my face. Also it fells like there is a spear on one tooth. And same problem swallowing during the filling.When the day before I got very good service getting my teeth cleaned.
The new dental assistant was a pleasure and seemed very knowledgable In her scope of practice. Look forward to seeing her again.
I've been a patient for 28 years and have always received outstanding service. I had work done without any sedative and was reassured I would be fine. I was so relaxed and the procedure was painless. They certainly live up to their name of Gentle care.
