I truly appreciate the love and knowledge of the staff everytime you walk in the door. My son have no fear going to the dentist and he appreciates how the staff is so warm and welcoming while he has his appointment and I don't have to be there in the room. That's an amazing feeling that your child is comfortable as am I.
They were awesome I called them Friday after my own dentist did not return my call after 3 days of pain and they got me in and took care of me even though it was Labor Day weekend, I look forward to my next appointment and I would highly recommend them, I think I found a permanent dentist🤗Thank you to the staff for understanding and caring.
I was treatd with kindness and dignity by Ashley and Stacy. The procedures were explained to me by Dr Fisher and Stacy explained all costs. I slept thru the procedure and remember very little of it.
I received gentle care for my cleaning and xrays. The dentist then explained the results of my xrays and what the needed treatment was. The office staff worked with me to development a plan of payment for the work that was needed.
This is the first dentist office I have not been afraid of. Dr.Aust and staff are incredibly friendy and do excellent work. They go above and beyond to improve people's appearance. Dr.Aust assured me that he would bring my smile back and he has. They truly do cater to cowards as their billboard says. I love the work they have done on me and highly recommend gentle family dentistry.
Any questions I ever had--they were willing to go the extra mile to answer them. They always take care of all my payments stuff and dealing with my insurance companies or calling other dentist offices if I needed something! They are truly one of a kind--will never go any where else unless I move! Thank you guys so much for being so helpful, kind and just a blessing!
I have been a long time patient here and have always been treated with the upmost kindness, professionalism, and warmth. I appreciate all they do.
