At the Larry Uteck/Bedford location, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. A separate lady, professional and insightful, assisted with selecting two perfect frames. The gentleman who facilitated the initial eye assessment prior to seeing the optometrist was very professional and efficient. The optometrist herself was fantastic - personable, knowledgeable, and efficient, and left me feeling good about my vision.
Kristin Johnson is absolutely outstanding. She has helped us many times, and every single visit has been a great experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and confident.
