I have been seeing Dr. Despain for approximately 9 years . This year I saw him on July 23. He was doing a post follow up on my cataract surgery, because there is still an issue with my eyes . I've never had a problem with my bill from Dr. Despair until now. My bill for the July visit was sent Nov. 24, 2025 . It said that I had not met my Medicare deductible and I was being changed the full amount for my visit. I went to Dr. Despain's office and talked to the bookkeeper on Dec. 17 and the bookkeeper told me to call Medicare. ... read more
I really the the Dr and the office staff was great also.
Always a great visit. Dr. Jacob Despain is my main eye doctor and each year is a great visit. He is very friendly and kind. Would highly recommend.
Staff was great, doctor very knowledgeable and professional.
