Linda Thomsen is my eye Dr and is good at her job . I mainly have issues with the people who are supposed to measuring and ordering my glasses. Last year I had issues but when I tried calling no calls were returned. So I ended up wearing my 3 year old glasses with a very old prescription. It was the only pair I was able to wear with out paying a whole bunch of out of pocket costs for last yrs lenses being messed up plus never returning my calls. After my eye exam with Dr.Tom I picked out frames and asked if I could get safety lenses in them and was told I could so I ordered them, Two weeks later they were in. I went to pick them up I noticed they weren't safety lenses. I was told they couldn't get them with safety lenses(No phone call to let me know before they were made) I said ok I'll get a pair of safety glasses, picked them out and ordered. two weeks later safety glasses were in and I picked them up. Dr Thom Thompson is excellent! Went on June 19th order new glasses and lenses, 2 weeks went to pickup and couldn’t read anything through them. Said would order new lenses today July 23rd and still nothing. Will not order glasses again through them. Here it is September and still don’t have my glasses. Please tell me who the owner is so I can talk to them.
