So my review is, in part, outdated. Several years ago, when they were across from Bojangles, I had an absolutely stellar experience, in every way possible. Would've done 5 stars, were it not for the fact they're only open a couple days a week. Judgemental, on my part? Sure. Come on, though, how can you take a place of business seriously, when they have less than (typical) part time hours??
Tried calling multiple times in the last year and need to discuss a billing issue from my appointment on 9/11//2024 at the Morganton location. This is my last ditch effort in hopes that someone will see this and contact me. Please call my cell on file - Lelaina Lemire
Not open on days posted, no one answers phone, once glasses are ordered you can’t pick them up, been 7 weeks. Stay away from here.
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. My wife took my son here and they NEVER called back when his glasses came in, she had to drive all the way up there (we live out of town) just to get a answer & don’t bother trying to call nobody ever answers. Can’t even leave a voicemail cause the mailbox is always full. Pointless and waste of time. We will never come back. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!
Do not recommend this place Go to Bethlehem eye care or Walmart in conover or Grey Stone Eye it's sad you have to go out of Town for good eye care or drs in general
