The staff and optometrist went above and beyond any expectation I could’ve had to make me feel comfortable, and secure in knowing I would have the ability to see while waiting to decide on which contacts to order. Would recommend to anyone and everyone any day! I just love this small town feel, they even sent me a letter at home thanking ME for coming to them! That’s awesome to me! Cute glasses! Just such helpful people! Check ‘em out for any of your vision needs,
Called at 8am as soon as they opened to set up an appointment. I had an emergency. I broke my glasses and can not see without them. They said they couldn't see me till june. Wouldn't recommend if it's an emergency
I love Dr Gardner she is very professional and a sweet caring person. However I don’t know who it is that answers the phone or the door but they should definitely learn how to help people and answer the phone. She treated me with such disrespect. I don’t expect to have a door shut in my face. I understand the pandemic but no one was in the office and I feel like we should be made to feel second rate. Dr. Gardner Has always been great with the whole family. She is Wonderful with Our special needs son, since he has been little.
Very Very Rude Doctor. Dr. Gardner is Harsh and Hostile . Not a professional at all . Acted like a very angry person and not how a Doctor should behave . Avoid this place .
