Had to go back 4X because they couldn't get my $476 glasses right the 1st time. The staff there are great BS'er. Had to get my insurance involved in this matter. So after a long chat with my insurance Family Vision Center agree to give me back my money but i had to pay a 25% restocking feed. Went to another eye doctor here in Stratford & within 1 week i got my new $268 glasses and very happy. Never again FVC.
