every time i come the ladies at front desk are always helpful but there is this one lady that is suppose to help with picking out glasses and making sure they fit right but instead she just points us where to go and walks off always on her apple watch(phone) but another lady came out and helped us after the first lady and picked up her slack. I think family vision needs to invest in employees that want to work and not be on their phone all the time.

Had an appointment at 10 and didn't get in to see the doctor until after 12. The entire time people came in after me and got in and out before I ever even got in. When I complained to the receptionist all they did was give me attitude.
